Refund policy

Janine Knizia Skincare offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products can only be returned if they remain sealed, unopened, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Items purchased at a discounted price, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable.Please note that we are unable to accept returns for shipments to USA, Canada, Australia or other international destinations outside of EU.

How to Return:

      Email us at ciao@janinekniziaskincare.com with photos of the product and/or damaged packaging.
   2. Receive Return Authorization
      Once approved, you will receive an email with return authorization details to include inside the package.
   3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, whether using a courier or postal service. If you notice any discrepancies with your order or experience issues upon delivery, please reach out to us at ciao@janinekniziaskincare.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with the return process.
